Open Heart Kitchen address the hunger needs of low-income families, children and seniors in the Tri-Valley area. We are funded by individuals, groups, places of worship and employers of our community. We need your financial support. Want to see your contribution make a direct impact? Sponsor a meal for someone in need. When you sponsor a meal, 100% of your donation goes to producing and distributing a nutritious lunch or dinner to someone who needs it most. Use the donation suggestions below, or sponsor your own number of meals!

Hot Meal Programs

A week's worth of dinners for a mom and her two kids -- $31.50
A month's worth of dinners for one person -- $45.00

Weekend Box Lunch Program

Two lunches for the weekend for one child -- $2.50
One month's worth of weekend lunches for one child -- $10

Ridgeview Commons Senior Meal Program

Meal card for 10 meals for one senior citizen -- $30.00

eScrip is a program sponsored by various retailers dedicated to establishing relationships between commerce and community to provide resources to organizations and projects that support children. Since 1999 the eScrip program has distributed over $120 million to schools and youth organizations across the country.

Here's how it works:

You register any one or all of your existing customer loyalty, debit and credit cards for use in the eScrip program.
You select the groups you'd like to support, our group id is 152618414.
Participating merchants will make contributions based on a percentage of your purchases made by you to your chosen group, just by using the cards you have registered in the eScrip program.
Your purchases are tracked and available to you online, allowing you to see just how much you are earning for your group(s) .
