Open Heart Kitchen’s Street Outreach Program delivers food to the unhoused. Ready-made food is important to people experiencing homelessness that simply lack access to kitchen facilities and are unable to safely refrigerate or store food. Our Street Outreach team delivers hot meals and breakfast bags for people living in encampments six days a week at various locations throughout the Tri-Valley.

For more information about our Street Outreach Program, please contact Shawnda Bost, Program Manager, at shawnda@openheartkitchen.org.

We also have to-go hot meals available at the Robert Livermore Community Center, Monday – Friday from 1pm -3pm.
