Open Heart Kitchen’s Street Outreach Program delivers food to our neighbors who are experiencing homelessness. Ready-made food is important for individuals who lack access to kitchen facilities and are unable to safely refrigerate or heat food. Our Street Outreach team delivers hot meals and breakfast bags at locations throughout the Tri-Valley.
For more information about our Street Outreach Program, please contact Shawnda Bost, Operations Director, at shawnda@openheartkitchen.org.
We also serve free hot meals at the Robert Livermore Community Center Monday through Friday from 1pm – 3pm.
