Meals worth of groceries distributed from the Open Heart Food Bank to it's nine Partner Agencies across the Tri-Valley.

Nourishing prepared meals provided to food-insecure Tri-Valley households through the Community Meal Program.

Senior Meal Program meals served to 707 clients age 60+. The program serves social lunches every weekday in all three Tri-Valley cities.

Our Story

Founded in 1995 as a small, grassroots effort to address hunger in Livermore, Open Heart Kitchen serves free meals and groceries at multiple locations in Dublin, Livermore and Pleasanton, California. 

Guests come from all walks of life, and Open Heart Kitchen has become a safety net to those facing challenging times. Open Heart Kitchen served more than 408,000 meals in 2024.
