Founded in 1995, Open Heart Kitchen is the largest prepared meal provider in the Tri-Valley with a mission is to provide nutritious food today while building a food secure tomorrow. Over the past 30+ years Open Heart Kitchen has grown from a grassroots initiative into an essential community lifeline, providing more than 9 million meals.
