Welcome to the www.openheartkitchen.org website (the “Website”), operated by Open Heart Kitchen of Livermore, Inc. (“OHK”), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. OHK’s mission is serve prepared, nutritious meals free of charge to the hungry people of the Tri-Valley. By accessing the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

OHK provides resources and reports on issues of hunger in a variety of formats on the Website, including but not limited to articles, press releases, photographs, client stories and case studies, reports, newsletters, video broadcasts, e-newsletters, quarterly updates, OHK’s annual reports, and interviews with OHK personnel, corporate and community partners, clients, and volunteers (collectively, “Publications”).
