VIP check-in for our Event Sponsors, as well as individuals who are unable to stand in line (please contact us in advance if you require any special accomodation). Live music will be playing, as Open Heart staff and volunteers greet event guests.

Get checked-in and enjoy a signature themed cocktail while bidding on dozens of exciting Silent Auction items donated by generous businesses. Silent Auction bids are made via a mobile bidding system called Paybee, so you can bid even if you're unable to attend the event!

Enjoy dinner and wine (menu below!), while learning about all that we have accomplished this year.  Bid on unique experiences during our Live Auction, like vacation packages or private chef dinners. We'll then come together for a special moment of collective giving in place of a tradditional paddle raise.

It's time to hit the dance floor! Live music will be provided by Last Minute Band. Whenever you're ready you can check out via the mobile Paybee app to pay for any auction items you won. Our team will be availble to help carry auction items to your car.

The Menu

Each entrée is served with an arugula salad topped with corn, pancetta, ricotta salata, and a sherry vinaigrette. Chocolate croissant bread pudding with a bourbon crème anglaise will be served for dessert. 

Plated entrée options

  • Chicken Breast with gruyère mornay, leek potato cake, and broccolini

  • Alaskan Cod with a pistachio crust, lemon-herb butter, farro, and broccolini

  • Thai Rice Noodles (V, GF) with shiitake mushrooms, bell pepper, snap seas, carrot, and tofu
