Doing More With Less Until There's Nothing Left // Discussion Prompts Have you ever had a project derailed due to government funding being delayed or rescinded? How did you adapt? What support did you wish you had in that moment? Do you believe nonprofits should rely less on government funding and more on private philanthropy? Why or why not? What trade-offs come with that shift? Where do you draw the line between "doing more with less" and "being stretched too thin"? How does your organization protect against burnout or mission drift in tough funding climates? What does righteous indignation look like in your nonprofit work?
