Learn why hunger is closer than we think in the Tri-Valley and how you can take action this Hunger Action Month. From Sept. 15–Oct. 31, donations to Open Heart Kitchen receive a 50% match from CHEF, up to $45,000.

Open Heart Kitchen is proud to partner with Spectrum Community Services as the new meal provider for the Meals on Wheels program serving homebound older adults throughout the Tri-Valley.

Open Heart Kitchen turned 30 years old in 2025, and it was one of the most successful years of service and impact for the organization.
